Job Description

As an IT Recruiter at our company, your role will involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand the technical skills required for open positions. You will be responsible for developing and posting job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms, sourcing candidates using databases, social media, and networking, and screening resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical skills required - Develop and post job descriptions on job boards and social media - Source candidates via databases, social media, and networking - Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates - Conduct initial phone interviews to assess technical knowledge and cultural fit - Coordinate in-person interviews between candidates and hiring managers - Provide feedback to candidates and maintain engagement - Manage the applicant tracking system for accurate record-keeping - Stay updated on industry trends to tailor recruitment strategies - Facilitate and participate in job fairs and recruitment events - Negotiate job offers and assist in closing candidates - Establish and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring teams - Utilize analytics to measure recruiting success - Participate in developing employer branding strategies - Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the IT industry - Solid understanding of IT roles and technical requirements - Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple positions - Proficiency in using social media for recruiting - Excellent negotiation and closing skills - Knowledge of labor laws and regulations - Ability to think creatively and problem-solve in recruitment strategies - Strong analytical skills to evaluate recruiting metrics - Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers - Experience in employer branding and candidate engagement activities - Strong organizational and time management skills - Commitment to diversity and inclusion in hiring practices,
