Job Summary

The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and hiring technical talent to support Vagaro's growing product and engineering teams. This role requires strong sourcing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical roles.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and hiring requirements.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
  • Conduct phone and virtual interviews using structured evaluation formats.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication throughout the process.
  • Perform background and reference checks as required.
  • Lead salary negotiation, offer rollout, and pre-onboarding engagement.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, ATS documentation, and candidate pipelines.
  • Build long-term talent networks and support employer branding initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Master's degree in HR or related field
  • Proven experience in IT/technical hiring
  • Strong sourcing and screening capability
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
