Job Title: IT Recruiter (2 Years Experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter with around 2 years of experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and help scale our technology teams with high-quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.

Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.).

Conduct initial screening, technical assessments coordination, and interview scheduling.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

Provide an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Negotiate offers and close candidates effectively.

Stay updated on trends in tech recruiting, market intelligence, and competitor hiring strategies.

Requirements:

BE/B.Tech/BBA.

MBA in human Resource Management is preferable.

2 years of experience in IT/technical recruitment.

Strong understanding of technical roles and skills (developers, QA, DevOps, cloud, etc.).

Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, etc.

Familiarity with ATS and recruitment CRM tools.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions at once.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience hiring for product-based or startup companies.

Basic knowledge of technical stacks (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, etc.).

Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus.
