Key Responsibilities:End-to-end recruitment for contract-to-hire (C2H) and permanent roles in IT.Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for roles in SAP, Oracle, Java, .NET, Python, and more.Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback with clients and candidates.Build and manage relationships with hiring managers and project stakeholders. Requirements:3 months to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably with a focus on C2H hiring.Hands-on experience in hiring for technologies like SAP, Oracle, Java, etc.Strong sourcing skills using portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.
