Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies tailored to each position.
Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Evaluate candidates skills, qualifications, and cultural fit to make informed hiring recommendations to the hiring managers.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in IT recruitment.
Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting our employer brand and values to prospective candidates.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, and cost per hire.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior recruiters and other members of the recruitment team.
