Job Description

We are looking for an optimistic and go-getter candidate to join our team in Shimla as HR Recruiter!

This is a dynamic role for someone who has good communication as well as knowledge of Recruitment and wants to grow fast. Experience in recruitment and HR management is a big plus.

Responsibilities and Duties

Familiar with the functions and recruitment standards of each post in various departments.

Collect recruitment needs of each department on a monthly basis.

Expand recruitment channels, publish recruitment information, screen candidate resumes, arrange and follow up interviews, and achieve recruitment targets.

Daily HR report Output.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

IT Recruitment, HR, Knowledge of the Internet.

Master degree in HR or related field

At least 1years of IT Recruitment or HR. Freshers can also apply.

Knowledge of computers, the internet, social media, and Ms. Office.

Have strong communication, coordination, and promotion ability, with strong empathy and patience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
