Role & responsibilities

1. Understanding Requirements
Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements, technical skills, and role expectations.Analyze job descriptions to identify key skills, experience levels, and competencies.2. Sourcing CandidatesUtilize diverse sourcing channels such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media platforms, references, and internal databases.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.3. Screening & ShortlistingReview resumes to match candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.Conduct telephonic or video interviews to evaluate technical and interpersonal skills.Shortlist suitable candidates and share profiles with clients or hiring managers.4. Coordination & SchedulingSchedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring teams.Communicate feedback and updates promptly to ensure smooth process flow.5. Candidate EngagementMaintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey.Manage expectations related to roles, compensation, and timelines.Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.6. Offer Management & OnboardingAssist in offer discussions, negotiations, and finalization.Coordinate pre-joining formalities, documentation, and background verification.Track onboarding progress and ensure timely closures.7. Relationship ManagementDevelop and nurture long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.Serve as a point of contact for feedback, clarifications, and escalations.8. Reporting & ComplianceMaintain daily/weekly recruitment trackers and dashboards.Ensure adherence to company and client compliance standards.9.
