Role: IT Project Manager Location : Remote Schedule: EST JD: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to support the successful execution of IT projects within a fast-paced Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment. The ideal candidate will assist Project Managers in planning, tracking, and delivering multiple client-facing projects by coordinating resources, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients. This role requires a working understanding of Microsoft 365 (M365) administration and network/infrastructure fundamentals, to effectively support coordination of technical project tasks and communicate with technical teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Project Managers in the full lifecycle of IT projects, from initiation through to closure. Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information across internal teams and third-party vendors. Assist in preparing project plans, timelines, and budgets, particularly for M365 and infrastructure-related deployments. Maintain and update comprehensive project documentation, reports, and records. Track deliverables related to Microsoft 365 migrations, user setups, license allocations, and administration tasks. Coordinate tasks for network infrastructure upgrades, including switches, firewalls, routers, and cloud environments. Monitor project progress, flagging risks or delays, and escalating technical issues when necessary. Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
