Job Description

You will be joining the IT Support team at our company to provide offshore support from India, which includes L0, L1, and L2 teams. A key requirement is to have team members proficient in English, French, and Spanish, especially for the L0 team. Currently, the team handles 450 tickets per day, with an expected volume of 1000 tickets. Our company has approximately 800 employees, and the support hours are from 8 am to 7 pm CET. Around 20% of our users will require support for both Linux and Windows servers. Additionally, field support is required for all European locations. We aim to choose a single partner who can provide support for both offshore and European field operations. Ideally, the proposal should include some field support in the offshore package to enhance its attractiveness, such as 100 hours per year as part of the total Monthly Recurring Cost (MRC) for offshore (equivalent to 25 visits). This position is on a contractual or temporary basis and the workdays are from Monday to Friday. The work location is on-site.,
