IVR Genesys Cloud Developer

Job Description: As a Genesys Developer in a project based in Chennai/Bangalore/Mumbai/Pune on a contractual basis for 18 months, with a possibility of extension, your primary responsibility is to collaborate with the existing Client Genesys PS teams. You will support the migration of call flows from Avaya to Genesys and enhance the migrated call flows by incorporating Conversational AI features. The project is divided into multiple phases with a focus on API integration with the client, Salesforce integration, Genesys Pointillist, Genesys Dialog Bot/Conversation AI for voice, as well as SMS and email functionalities. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the existing Client Genesys PS teams to support the migration of call flows from Avaya to Genesys. - Enhance the migrated call flows by incorporating Conversational AI features. - Focus on API integration with the client, Salesforce integration, Genesys Pointillist, Genesys Dialog Bot/Conversation AI for voice, as well as SMS and email functionalities. - Develop approximately 110 intents for 14 Lines of Business (LOBs) in the insurance segment. - Work closely with the client's Avaya Day 2 support team to ensure a smooth transition from day 1 to day 2. Qualifications Required: - Skilled Genesys Developer with expertise in AI Bot functionalities. - Previous experience in collaborating with Client Scrum masters. - Strong documentation skills following agreed templates. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment.,
