Job Description: As a Genesys Developer in a project based in Chennai/Bangalore/Mumbai/Pune on a contractual basis for 18 months, with a possibility of extension, your primary responsibility is to collaborate with the existing Client Genesys PS teams. You will support the migration of call flows from Avaya to Genesys and enhance the migrated call flows by incorporating Conversational AI features.
