Roles and Responsibilities Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions. Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and negotiating offers. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the entire recruitment cycle. Desired Candidate Profile 1-5 years of experience in IT staffing or technical hiring. Strong understanding of C2C, IT hiring, IT recruitment, IT staffing, technical hiring, technical recruitment, technology recruitment, and talent acquisition concepts.
