Role Overview


As an

HR Talent Acquisition Intern

, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple functions (Tech, Product, Sales, and CX). This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment operations, candidate experience, and talent branding a perfect opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, AngelList, etc.)
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth interview experience
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Tech, Sales) to understand hiring needs
  • Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards for leadership review

What We re Looking For

  • Current student or recent graduate in

    HR, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and organised approach
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools or HR software is a plus
  • A passion for people, culture, and building great teams
