Role Overview

As an

HR Talent Acquisition Intern

, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple functions (Tech, Product, Sales, and CX). This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment operations, candidate experience, and talent branding a perfect opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, AngelList, etc.)
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth interview experience
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Tech, Sales) to understand hiring needs
Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards for leadership review

What We re Looking For

Current student or recent graduate in
HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and organised approach
Familiarity with recruitment tools or HR software is a plus
A passion for people, culture, and building great teams
