Company:

We are Hiring for below positions-

1)Talent Acquisition-inhouse hiring-2-4 yrs (US IT Staffing and/ OR Domestic IT Staffing)

Source and attract candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and social media.
in-house hiring / corporate recruitment
experience of Domestic IT Staffing OR US IT staffing.

2)IT Recruiter-1-4 yrs for Clients.

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for client requirements.
Source candidates through
Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, and other job portals.
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates as per client needs.
Coordinate with clients for interview scheduling and feedback.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures.
Build strong relationships with clients and understand project demands.
Meet monthly hiring targets and maintain high-quality delivery.

2)Account Manager Domestic IT Staffing

Exp:- 5+ Years

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client.
Should have good numbers of SPOC connectivity across the India .
Should have experience into both Subcon & Permanent recruitment.
Experience should be from Consulting back ground only.
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for the assigned account.
Ensure quality & TAT across multiple skill sets and levels.
Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and ensure performance goals are met.
Should be strong into data Management and reporting.
