Job Description

IT Recruiter

Responsibilities:

Manage the complete IT recruitment life cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand hiring needs.
Handle B2B hiring requirements and client coordination.
Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks.
Evaluate technical and cultural fit and coordinate interviews.
Maintain recruitment reports and ensure timely closures.
Provide a seamless and professional candidate experience.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Hands-on experience in client hiring and B2B recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sourcing skills using portals, social media, and networking.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the education/training industry is preferred.
