Role & responsibilities:

• Own the recruiting function spanning Tech and Non-Tech disciplines.
• Provide real-time status on all open requirements.
• Agree on recruitment strategy and ensure execution of the same.
• Offer seamless Candidate experience.
• Hands-on recruitment with sourcing skills on all leading job-boards and social platforms.
• Work with Business Leaders to arrive at reasonable timelines to fulfil critical open positions.
• Owner of Employer Branding.
• Be the advisor to hiring managers to provide guidance and expertise to hire the best talent.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Excellent communication.
• Common Sense.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Multi-tasker.
• Experience in Recruitment is a must.
• Willingness to learn and work in a growing environment.
• Agency experience preferred
