As a Talent Advisor within Randstad Enterprise, you're at the forefront of talent advisory, acquisition, and stakeholder management. Your role is pivotal in delivering strategic value to our clients by providing expert guidance and insights into talent strategies. Leveraging data insights and market knowledge, you craft future-proof talent acquisition strategies that meet the evolving needs of our clients. As a strategic partner, you enable creative solutions and drive innovation in navigating the dynamic talent market landscape.
Our Talent Advisors are not only leaders in talent advisory but also the future leaders of our talent market. Implementation and execution of recruitment and development programs and policies are integral parts of your role, ensuring that our talent strategies are effectively implemented to meet our clients' objectives and drive organizational success.
● Forming a clear picture of where the client’s organization is, what the challenges are and what the future state will look like.
● Gathering market intelligence from market insights reports, internal and external sources and sharing with client and internal team.
● Building and analyzing market knowledge, tooling and methods.
● Bringing internal insights and external market insights together to craft the Talent strategies with the clients.
● Navigating through a wide variety of processes, procedures and precedents to interpret data and identify possible creative answers.
● Driving innovation by proactively identifying and coming up with innovative ideas.
● Cooperating and partnering with client stakeholders e.g. Hiring Managers, Managers Operations and the HRBP’s.
● Being a trusted advisor for our clients and building a culture of Talent Advisory within the client organization.
● Leading conversations with clients, diagnosing problems, giving advice and developing solutions with support of Senior/Principal Talent Advisor colleagues and internal subject matter experts (e.g. operational excellence).
● Responsible for defining and helping in building desirable, feasible, viable and sustainable business solutions that meet client needs.
● Connecting client stakeholders with subject matter experts from RSR for complex issues.
● Supporting in building our global Talent Advisor community (on Connect).
● Driving the talent strategy for assigned business functions.
● Partnering with the Sourcing Recruitment Business Partners and Talent Advisors globally to drive an excellent candidate experience.
● Creating advanced reports for internal and external needs to craft Talent Advisory strategy.
● Managing systems under assigned business functions.
● Navigating a wide variety of Talent Advisor processes, procedures and precedents to interpret data and highlighting key
findings.
● Responsible for screening shortlisted candidates.
● Relevant experience in a similar role (RPO/MSP/Recruitment/Sourcing).
● 4+ years experience in the recruiting and staffing industry is preferable.
● Stakeholder management on Operational management level.
● Consulting and advising clients in RPO or MSP solutions.
● client relationship building with Department heads and HR directors.
● Demonstrated track record of understanding clients needs and translating those into effective Talent acquisition strategies.
