Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Candidate Interaction & Verification

  • Conduct 100–150 calls per day to verify candidate information such as experience, skills, and contact details.
  • Perform basic resume screening to assess qualifications and job-fit.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of updates in the system to maintain data integrity.

2. Profile Screening & Skill Mapping

  • Identify candidate roles and skills through structured discussions.
  • Support in aligning candidate profiles with job role requirements.

3. Quality & Data Accuracy (QC)

  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy and completeness.
  • Cross-verify details against system and process parameters.
  • Highlight patterns, discrepancies, or improvement areas identified during verification.

4. SOS Management

  • Address candidate and client queries promptly and professionally.
  • Escalate SOS (Special Outreach Support) cases to the relevant teams as needed.
  • Handle sensitive interactions with empathy and professionalism.

5. Callback Requests

  • Ensure timely follow-ups and callbacks to maintain candidate engagement and smooth process flow.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Mandatory).
  • Experience: 6 months to 2 years in recruitment, customer service, or related fields.
  • Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication.
    • Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently.
    • Good organizational and time-management skills.
    • Basic proficiency in MS Excel and computer applications.
