Job Title: US IT Recruiter (Night Shift)
Location: Chennai (Medavakkam)Exp required: 6 months to 2 yearsSalary: As per industry standardRoles and responsibilities:• Should have at least 6 months to 2 years of experience in the US IT staffing industry.• Must have strong experience in sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates technically• Have good experience with end to end technical recruitment process across various Information Technologies.• Must have experience with all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp)• Need strong experience in negotiating compensation to close a candidate.• Experience in using recruiting portals such as Dice, Monster and social sites like LinkedIn.• Must have very good oral and written skills in English.• Maintaining the database of all consultants.
