The Technology Quality Assurance Analyst assists in evaluation, testing and validation of technology systems, services and/or software. Assesses service levels and product performance to ensure they meet established quality standards. Responsible for developing and direct quality assurance procedures so that the company products meet internal and external standards, that includes, documenting issues and tracking status in designated systems, develops or participates in the development of solutions to resolve problems. This position will primarily focus on Dynamics 365 (D365), responsible for programming, troubleshooting, executing, and versioning existing code specifically related to D365 and associated applications. Key responsibilities include providing robust support for D365, in-house and third-party integrations in a dynamic environment, performing break-fix analysis, managing updates, overseeing data migration processes, and documenting system procedures and root cause analyses.
