POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Sr CRM Audience Specialist position will be responsible for supporting the strategic vision of Performance Marketing, by executing key audience segmentation requirements while ensuring audience selection and suppression criteria are built, reviewed and executed to the highest standards. The CRM Audience Specialist is responsible for executing against audience selection and suppression criteria to provide audience segments for communications used to help drive key business decisions and communication efforts. The role includes writing, reviewing and running queries against source data systems to generate a file that can be used for campaign execution. The CRM Segmentation Specialist will also support all Holiday Inn Club Vacations lifecycle(s) including (acquisition, retention, reactivation) and initiatives executed through Telemarketing and Digital Media Channels such as Web, SMS, MMS, and RVM. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS: 1. Review of provided audience selection and suppression criteria to ensure completeness of information matches campaign, business unit and corporate standards for all audiences. Provide timely and detailed feedback for any areas that need review prior to or during audience build. 2. Develop deep understanding of selection and suppression criteria for each audience as well as data architecture of source data systems to allow for campaign execution. 3. Develop selection criteria utilizing SQL, Salesforce reports or Power BI to pull audiences. Perform self-QA on all audience selection/suppression and submit query results for validation prior to delivering audience files for execution. 4. Campaign setup, campaign member validation and phone setup in Salesforce Sales Cloud. Perform validation of all campaign setup to ensure that all elements are delivered against spec. 5. Detail-oriented and highly organized, excels at creating clear, comprehensive, and user-friendly documentation. With a strong ability to translate complex processes into accessible content, they ensure that information is accurate, consistent, and easy to follow. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong ability to learn data architecture and audience criteria quickly to write effective campaign selection and suppression criteria. Strong background writing SQL queries and developing reports in Salesforce report builder Experience in reviewing audience specs and turning requirements into executable queries, following QA protocol and ensuring audience criteria is followed, executed and delivered. Understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud campaign setup to support campaign setup and QA. Self-starter with strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail and work ethic. Proficient in prioritizing and organizing assignments. Possess well-developed judgment, interpersonal and communication skills. Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. Must have the ability to thrive in a fast paced ever changing work environment as well as a collaborative team atmosphere.
