Job Summary: The Field Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all field operations related to a political campaign. This includes managing field staff, organizing and implementing field strategies, and ensuring effective voter outreach and engagement. Key Responsibilities : Field Operations Management: Develop and implement field strategies and plans in coordination with the Campaign Director. Oversee and manage daily field operations to ensure alignment with campaign goals. Coordinate with various teams to ensure effective and efficient campaign execution. Managing the field force and getting timely updates from them Provide regular feedback to the Field Force and encourage them to take corrective measures on the identified gaps Coordination with Field Force through State Heads, Regional Coordinators etc. Staff Supervision: Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing support and guidance. Monitor performance and provide feedback to ensure high levels of motivation and productivity. Plan, conceptualize, strategize and execute high impact end-to-end on- ground campaigns. • Logistics and Resource Management: Manage field office logistics, including supplies, equipment, and technology. Ensure efficient allocation and use of resources to support field activities. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all field operations. Qualifications: Education and Experience: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Political Science, Communications, MBA or a related field are preferred. Proven experience in political campaigns or grassroots organizing. Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is highly desirable. Candidates from FMCG, Sales & Marketing can also apply. Job Summary The Senior Field Manager will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale field operations for political campaigns across Maharashtra. This role involves supervising field managers and executives, designing and executing outreach strategies, monitoring grassroots activities, and ensuring campaign objectives are achieved effectively and within timelines. Key Responsibilities Field Operations Leadership Plan, design, and oversee execution of field strategies for political campaigns. Supervise, coordinate, and monitor field teams across multiple regions. Ensure timely updates, compliance with campaign objectives, and effective on-ground implementation. Team Management & Development Recruit, train, and mentor Field Managers and Executives. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. About the Role: We are seeking a capable and committed female HR Manager to independently lead the HR department. She will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions while closely aligning with the organizational goals and targets set by the Director. The ideal candidate should bring a blend of execution strength, leadership, and strategic thinking.
