Job Summary

The Senior Field Manager will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale field operations for political campaigns across Maharashtra. This role involves supervising field managers and executives, designing and executing outreach strategies, monitoring grassroots activities, and ensuring campaign objectives are achieved effectively and within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Field Operations Leadership

• Plan, design, and oversee execution of field strategies for political campaigns.
• Supervise, coordinate, and monitor field teams across multiple regions.
• Ensure timely updates, compliance with campaign objectives, and effective on-ground implementation.
  

Team Management & Development

• Recruit, train, and mentor Field Managers and Executives.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Motivate and guide field staff to achieve campaign targets.
  

Community & Stakeholder Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, influencers, and local stakeholders.
• Collect feedback from communities and suggest improvements to campaign messaging.
• Act as a bridge between ground-level realities and central strategy teams.
  

Data Collection, Analysis & Reporting

• Oversee data gathering on voter behavior, demographics, and sentiment.
• Analyze data to track campaign effectiveness and recommend corrective measures.
• Prepare detailed reports and present insights to the leadership team.
  

Logistics & Resource Management

• Manage field resources, supplies, and technology for smooth campaign execution.
• Ensure cost-effective and timely deployment of resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation of field operations.
  

Crisis & Risk Management

• Anticipate potential field-level challenges and resolve them quickly.
• Ensure continuity of campaign operations during crises.
  

Qualifications:

• Education:

  Bachelors or Masters degree in Political Science, Management, Communications, Journalism or related fields.

• Experience:

• 2 - 4 years in political consulting, field operations, grassroots organizing, or FMCG sales/marketing
• Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale field teams.
  

• Skills:

• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and field management tools.
• Fluency in Marathi (mandatory), Hindi, and English.
