What You Will Work On

As an IT Recruiter Intern, you will:

• Work hands-on with

  AI-powered talent matching systems

  to identify top tech professionals
• Source candidates using structured deep-tech workflows across enterprise technologies
• Use our

  Client Portal

  to understand requirements, role scopes, and system-generated insights
• Manage candidate journeys through the

  Candidate Portal

  and automated notification flows
• Interpret AI-generated match reports and refine shortlists for accuracy
• Work on active global technical roles across SAP, Salesforce, cloud computing, AI/ML, DevOps, backend/frontend engineering, and more
• Conduct initial screening and behavioural assessments
• Build and maintain structured talent pools using advanced tagging and metadata
• Collaborate with the operations and delivery teams to ensure timely role fulfillment
• Use data-driven dashboards to monitor sourcing quality, pipeline health, and conversion metrics
• Contribute to improving sourcing algorithms, workflows, and platform intelligence
• Support the design of next-gen hiring playbooks and structured workflows

• Operating directly with founders
• Working in fast-moving delivery environments
