Job Role : Talent Sourcing: Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Screening and Interviews: Conduct initial screening calls, technical interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role specifications, and team culture. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate offer, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Job Postings & Advertisements: Write and post job descriptions on internal and external platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.). Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized pipeline of candidates, track progress, and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS). Offer Negotiation: Coordinate and negotiate salary, benefits, and other compensation details with candidates. Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends and salary benchmarks to ensure competitive hiring practices. Onboarding Support: Assist with onboarding new hires and ensure a seamless transition into the company. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Work Location: In person
