Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct initial telephonic screening to evaluate candidates' experience, skills, communication, and fitment.
  • Shortlist candidates based on technical and behavioral criteria.
  • Validate candidate interest, availability, and career expectations.
  • Schedule interviews with clients/hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Manage end-to-end coordination for interviews (telephonic, virtual, F2F).
  • Maintain a strong relationship with candidates and keep them informed throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure documentation and database updates.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and post-offer follow-ups to avoid dropouts.
  • Maintain professionalism and deliver on agreed SLAs and hiring targets.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets: submissions, interviews, selections, and closures.
