Job Summary:

Role & responsibilities

Source candidate through various channels, including job boards, social media and networking events.
Screen resumes and conduct a initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from posting job openings to onboarding new hires.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions.
Conduct reference checks and negotiate job offers.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking systems(ATS).
