IT Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment for technology roles. The ideal candidate must be proficient in sourcing, screening, evaluating, and closing candidates across various IT skill sets, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely hiring.

Role & responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, internal databases, and employee referrals.
  
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer negotiations.
  
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define recruitment strategies.
  
• Build talent pipelines for recurring technical positions.
  
• Conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical fit, communication skills, and salary expectations.
  
• Evaluate candidates based on technical skill sets like software development, infrastructure, testing, cloud, data roles, etc.
  
• Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, tracker, and candidate database.
  
• Ensure smooth onboarding coordination in alignment with the Team Lead/Manager
  
• Work within defined turnaround time (TAT) and meet hiring targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good knowledge of IT skill sets such as Java, Python, Testing, Networking, Cloud, DevOps, SAP, ERP, Database, Data Engineer, Data Scientist. etc.
  
• Strong sourcing skills using portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
  
• Excellent communication skills.
  
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
  
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
  
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate/Post Graduate in HR / Business Administration or relevant field.
