About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented IT Recruiter who can manage end-to-end hiring for diverse technology roles. You will be responsible for sourcing exceptional talent, screening candidates effectively, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience from first interaction to final onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions across various technologies and experience levels.
• Use job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, networking, and referrals to source high-quality profiles.
• Conduct preliminary screening calls to evaluate technical fit, communication skills, and role suitability.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, salary negotiations, and closure of offers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for critical and recurring roles.
• Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, recruitment strategies, and hiring timelines.
• Maintain accurate reporting, dashboards, and candidate data documentation.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and uphold employer brand values during the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of dedicated experience in IT Recruitment (in-house or consultancy).
• Strong knowledge of various IT skill sets (Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, Data, QA, Network, etc.).
• Proficiency in sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean search techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
• Strong understanding of interview processes and technical role requirements.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience working with product-based or large-scale IT clients.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
