Position: US IT Recruiter Location: Mohali / Panchkula Job Type: Full-time Experience: Freshers to 3+ Years Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and qualify candidates for IT roles including software engineers, data engineers, UI/UX developers, and more. Recruit on various hiring models: W2, C2C, and 1099. Leverage job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), ATS tools, and Boolean search techniques. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Build and maintain talent pipelines for future requirements. Manage the entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Key Requirements: 1–3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment (freshers with strong motivation are welcome). Strong knowledge of US work authorizations (US Citizen, GC, H1B, etc.). Understanding of US time zones (EST, CST, PST). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Nice-to-Have: Experience with direct clients or MSP/VMS environments. Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting.
