Job Description

As an HR Intern at Dr. Aravinds IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre, you will play a crucial role in the talent acquisition process. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent from various job portals. - Updating and maintaining job descriptions and job specifications to ensure accurate representation of roles. - Screening candidate resumes and job applications to identify potential fits for the organization. - Facilitating the onboarding process for new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the team. - Driving the end-to-end talent acquisition process to meet the organization's staffing needs. - Generating MIS reports regularly to track progress and identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
