Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Recruiter based in Agra. The IT Recruiter will focus on sourcing, screening, and shortlisting skilled candidates for technology-related positions. Responsibilities include identifying hiring needs, crafting job descriptions, managing recruitment strategies, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The role entails collaborating with hiring managers to attract and onboard top talent, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Recruitment-specific expertise, including talent sourcing, candidate screening, and interview coordination
• Knowledge of IT industry trends, technical roles, and skill sets within the technology sector
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders effectively
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Familiarity with employer branding and crafting compelling job descriptions
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience recruiting for IT roles and understanding technical skills is a strong advantage
