Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to on boarding of new hires. Conduct interviews, schedule appointments, and coordinate logistics for candidates. Ensure timely communication with applicants throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate records of candidate applications and interview schedules. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences. Desired Candidate Profile 3 to 6 years of experience in HR coordination Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external parties (candidates). Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
