Role & responsibilities Sourcing profiles from portals such as LinkedIn and Naukri Applying Boolean search techniques for targeted candidate identification Screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews Understanding technical job requirements and IT skill sets Managing the end-to-end recruitment process Ensuring timely closures and candidate engagemen Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree ( Technical background preferred) 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of various sourcing techniques Immediate availability to join is a strong plus Interested can drop your Resume at sanjeevan.natarajan@careernet.in
