Job Description

Responsibilities: Specialized Hiring for Testing Roles: Source, screen, and recruit candidates for Manual Testing, Automation Testing (Selenium, Appium, Cypress), QA Engineers, SDET, Performance Testers,etc. Understand job requirements for different testing domains (Functional, Regression, API, Mobile, etc.). Sourcing Strategies: Utilize LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche testing communities to find passive candidates. Build a strong talent pipeline for critical testing roles. Process Improvement & Metrics: Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate). Optimize recruitment workflows using ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in HR, IT, or related field. Experience: 1.5 - 4 years in IT recruitment, with a focus on Software Testing/QA hiring. Familiarity with testing terminologies, certifications (ISTQB), and tools (Selenium, JIRA, Jenkins). Technical Skills: Proficiency in Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS. Ability to evaluate resumes for testing skills (manual/automation frameworks). Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
