About the Role:

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the

    end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

    for IT and technology positions from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Understand technical job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to define position details.
  • Source candidates through

    various channels

    – job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct

    initial screening

    of candidates to assess skills, experience, and culture fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage feedback, and ensure a smooth interview experience.
  • Negotiate

    offers, compensation

    , and handle pre-joining engagement with selected candidates.
  • Maintain and update candidate data in

    ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

    or internal databases.
  • Build and maintain a strong

    talent pipeline

    for future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated on

    market trends, salary benchmarks

    , and emerging technologies in IT hiring.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience as an

    IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

    in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience hiring for roles such as

    Developers, QA Engineers, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps, BI, and Network/Security professionals

    .
  • Proficient in sourcing techniques – Boolean searches, X-ray searches, and social media recruiting.
  • Strong understanding of

    IT technologies, terminologies

    , and various tech stacks.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

    Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Certifications in Recruitment, HR Analytics, or Talent Acquisition are a plus.
  • Experience working with
