We are Hiring for Financial US Customer Support Role & responsibilities Role & responsibilities Answering Customer Inquiries: Responding to customer questions about products, services, orders, and company policies in a timely and accurate manner. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:Identifying and resolving customer issues, including technical problems, and escalating complex issues to appropriate departments. Providing Product Information:Offering detailed information about products and services, explaining features and benefits, and answering technical questions. Handling Complaints :Listening to customer complaints, empathizing with their concerns, and taking appropriate action to resolve them effectively. Processing Orders and Transactions: Handling order placement, processing payments, and managing returns, refunds, and exchanges.
