Job Summary: We are looking for a Fresher IT Recruiter to assist in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong passion for recruitment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sourcing and Screening: - Utilize job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels to source candidates. - Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. 2. Candidate Engagement: - Communicate with candidates via phone, email, and other channels. - Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience. 3. Recruitment Process: - Assist in creating job postings, job descriptions, and other recruitment materials. - Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and other outreach activities. 4. Data Management: - Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interviews, and hiring decisions. - Utilize recruitment software and tools to manage candidate data. Requirements: 1. Education : MBA (preferably in HR) 2. Experience: 0-1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field. 3. Skills: - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. - Strong analytical and organizational skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software.
