Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in manufacturing, supply chain, and automation-driven environments. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in delivering Oracle ERP and MESbased projects, managing complex integrations, and driving cross-functional initiatives across manufacturing and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end IT project delivery across manufacturing, supply chain, and automation initiatives
Manage projects involving Oracle ERP, MES systems, and third-party integrations
Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions
Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
Drive automation and integration-heavy programs, ensuring seamless data flow between systems
Coordinate with internal IT teams, vendors, system integrators, and business users
Ensure adherence to project management best practices, governance, and documentation
Support change management, user adoption, and post-implementation stabilization

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of IT Project Management experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics environments
Strong hands-on experience delivering projects involving:
Oracle ERP (Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Manufacturing modules)
MES systems and shop-floor integrations
Proven success managing automation-focused and integration-heavy initiatives
Strong understanding of core business processes including:
Work Orders, Sales Orders
MRP, PR/PO processes
Warehouse operations, shipping, kitting, and consumable workflows
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, complex environment

Preferred Qualifications

PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile Project Management certification
Experience working with system integrators and global teams
Exposure to Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing, or warehouse automation initiatives
