Role: Assistant IT Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day IT operations at the resort, hotel, and staff facilities.
• Oversee hardware, software, networks, servers, and data backup systems.
• Provide technical support for staff (email, printers, Wi-Fi, PMS, POS, etc.).
• Monitor and troubleshoot connectivity issues across departments.
• Coordinate with vendors for system maintenance, CCTV, and internet connectivity.
• Ensure cybersecurity measures and data privacy compliance are maintained.
• Support and maintain hotel management software (PMS, POS, Accounting systems).
• Plan and execute IT infrastructure upgrades or new property setups.
• Train staff on IT policies, system usage, and data security.
• Prepare IT asset inventory and maintenance records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT support or IT administration (hospitality background preferred).
• Strong knowledge of networking, Windows/Linux systems, and cloud backups.
• Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS, POS, CRM, Wi-Fi controllers).
• Problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills.

• Valsad, Gujarat
