What you will do.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Independently manage AAC product sales across the entire Mumbai region, driving growth through effective strategies and strong execution.

  2. Develop and manage sales through channel partners, builders, contractors, and infrastructure companies.

  3. Take full ownership of individual sales targets, including market penetration and revenue generation.

  4. Identify, onboard, and nurture new clients and distributors to expand market presence and coverage.

  5. Strategically manage product pricing for the region based on market dynamics,competitor positioning, and customer feedback.

  6. Lead and execute branding and marketing activities in the Mumbai market to improve product visibility and customer recall.

  7. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and proactively monitor performance metrics for timely course corrections.

  8. Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of industry trends, understand competitive landscape, and identify new business opportunities.

  9. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring regular followups and timely deal closures.

  10. Coordinate closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and a high level of customer satisfaction.

  11. Provide technical support to clients related to product specifications, applications, and benefits.


What we are looking for.
  • Proven experience in sales and distribution management, preferably in the manufacturing or construction materials sector.

  • Strong ability to negotiate, influence, and close deals with diverse stakeholders.

  • Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and derive actionable insights.

  • Handson approach with a problemsolving attitude, especially in highpressure, targetdriven environments.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Selfstarter with the ability to work independently and lead initiatives in the assigned territory.
