Role Description

This full-time IT Infrastructure Engineer role is an on-site position based in Vadodara. The individual will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure components to ensure seamless operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing network security, administering networks, providing technical support, and resolving technical issues in a timely manner to support business operations effectively. The engineer will also ensure the IT systems meet the company’s evolving needs and performance benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain server, network, and storage infrastructure
• Work with cloud platforms like

  AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

• Implement and support virtualization technologies (

  VMware

  , Hyper-V)
• Ensure the reliability of our network systems (TCP/IP, DNS,

  VPNs

  , routing/switching)
• Lead backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives
• Automate tasks and processes using tools like Ansible, Puppet, or scripting languages
• Monitor systems and troubleshoot issues using industry-standard tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management
• Proficiency in Linux and/or Windows Server administration
• Solid experience in N

  Firewalls

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Familiarity with automation tools like Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash)
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
