Senior Human Resource Executive and Admin Location: Cherthala, Kerala (On-site) Experience: 3+ Years Full-time About Us Obvious Technology is building a Cognitive Enterprise Platform that leverages AI, Computer Vision, NLP, and Machine Learning to create affordable AI solutions for businesses. Our clients span industries such as Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, Manufacturing, and Retail. We are looking for a Senior HR and Administrative Manager to oversee and enhance our HR and administrative functions. Job Responsibilities HR Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Management: Develop and execute effective hiring strategies for various technical and non-technical roles. Oversee onboarding and employee lifecycle processes to enhance the employee experience. Employee Engagement & Relations: Design and implement engagement initiatives to build a positive work culture. Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts effectively. Performance Management & Learning Development: Implement and refine performance appraisal systems. Identify skill gaps and oversee training programs for employees. HR Policy & Compliance: Ensure adherence to labour laws, HR policies, and company guidelines. Keep HR policies updated with industry best practices. Administration Responsibilities: Oversee office administration, vendor management, and general workplace facilities. Ensure compliance with workplace safety, legal, and statutory requirements. Handle employee documentation, payroll coordination, and benefits administration. Manage company events, travel arrangements, and office maintenance. Key Requirements: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management Drive employee engagement, performance management, and training programs Manage payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave administration Ensure HR policy compliance, labour law adherence, and benefits administration Handle office administration, vendor management, and workplace facilities Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
