IT Infrastructure Engineer

You are being sought after by Instrumentation and Control Solutions for the role of IT Infrastructure Engineer. Your main responsibility will be to manage IT assets, provide support to users and endpoints, and oversee manufacturing automation systems to ensure regulatory and validation compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Manage user accounts, system access, and Active Directory support. - Conduct IT inventory and asset lifecycle management. - Handle user access management, endpoint security, backups, networking, and IT SOP compliance. - Possess a solid understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and network troubleshooting. - Offer L1/L2 support for hardware, OS, and applications. - Administer OS and applications, including patching, security, and vendor coordination. As a candidate for this position, you are required to have a minimum of 14 years of experience and hold a degree in B.E. (CS/IT/E&C), MCA, or BCA.
