Job Summary

IT Helpdesk Executive – Non-Voice Process

The ideal candidate will provide first-line IT support primarily through email, chat, and ticketing systems, handling technical issues efficiently while maintaining high levels of user satisfaction. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth IT operations and supporting a diverse workforce.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide IT support to users via non-voice channels such as email, chat, and ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced OS issues, hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Manage endpoints, desktops, laptops, and peripherals using endpoint management tools.
  • Handle cloud-based email and collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
  • Log, track, and resolve tickets efficiently using IT service management tools.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT team members and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and SOPs for recurring issues.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.


Qualifications & Required Skills

  • 2–4 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or Technical Support (Non-Voice Process).
  • Advanced OS troubleshooting skills (Windows/Linux).
  • Intermediate networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN).
  • Experience with ticketing systems and endpoint management tools.
  • Proficiency with cloud email and collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet service level agreements.


Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to IT service management best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with endpoint security and monitoring tools.
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure, including network devices and configurations.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
