Hello All,

We are hiring for "IT Head"

Location - Changodar, Ahmedabad

Experience: 5–10 years

Industry: FMCG / Retail / Manufacturing

You’ll be the go-to technology lead for keeping systems humming, processes secure, and teams empowered. From network management to ERP integrations, this role offers a hands-on leadership opportunity in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the full IT infrastructure, including software systems, networks, data security, hardware, and cloud tools

Lead IT operations across retail outlets, manufacturing units, and back-office systems

Collaborate with third-party vendors, manage service contracts, licenses, upgrades, and ensure compliance with SLAs

Provide day-to-day support via Help Desk, troubleshooting system issues, hardware glitches, or connectivity interruptions

Oversee ERP, POS, CMMS, EDI, and WMS platforms — ensuring seamless functionality and data integrity across systems

Audit system health regularly and implement backup, recovery, and cybersecurity protocols

Drive automation and software integration projects across departments (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain)

Implement SOPs, monitor KPI dashboards, and ensure readiness for internal/external IT audits

Lead digital initiatives in areas such as mobile ordering, inventory control, and CRM enhancements

Analyze tech gaps, gather business requirements, and deploy tailored IT solutions
