• Bachelor and/or masters degree. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications
• Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), network etc.
• Experience in controlling information technology budget.
• Technical leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution

Responsibilities

• Select and implement technological solutions to meet current and future needs.
• Lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships, and external relationships.
• Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture.
• Manage and optimize infrastructure assets to satisfy internal financial targets.
• Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence.
• Consolidate technology platforms and create plans for each.
• Track, analyse and monitor technology performance metrics.
• Develop, track & control the development of annual operating and capital budgets.
• Defining configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
• Developing & executing comprehensive system test plans, conditions, test scripts & test cases
• Maintaining business systems standards by applying business analysis methods, tools, and processes as standard practice
• Leading and facilitating cross-functional teams in business process modelling, including documenting and mapping business processes
• Deciphering complex data using SQL and other technical tools
