Job Description

Job Summary:

IT Head

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the IT department, including system administration, network security, and user support.
Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices.
Monitor and respond to security incidents, vulnerabilities, and breaches.
Manage and optimize email systems
Implement and maintain email verification and anti-phishing solutions.
Conduct regular IT audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure technology meets business needs.
Ensure data backup, disaster recovery, and continuity planning.
Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, tools, and trends.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in IT management, with a focus on cybersecurity.
Strong understanding of
email security protocols
Experience with firewalls, antivirus software, SIEM tools, and vulnerability scanning.
Knowledge of data protection regulations
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms ( Google Cloud).
Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.
Understanding of secure email gateways and email deliverability best practices.
