Job Summary:

Techfruits is seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Team Head to lead its Technical Division. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge and hands-on experience in enterprise-class IT solutions, including servers, enterprise storage, backup technologies, cybersecurity, data centre architecture, and virtualization workflows. This role demands technical excellence, strong leadership, and effective communication skills, especially for presenting solutions to clients and collaborating with OEMs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the technical team for project design, planning, and implementation.
• Analyse customer requirements and design tailored IT infrastructure solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and solution briefs to clients and OEM partners.
• Provide technical leadership across domains like enterprise storage, servers, virtualization, data backup, cybersecurity, and data centre builds.
• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to ensure successful project scoping and delivery.
• Ensure smooth execution of projects by supporting the implementation team and resolving escalated technical issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current IT products and technology trends.
• Represent Techfruits in customer meetings, seminars, and solution workshops.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Masters preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure and enterprise solutions.
• Proven experience in enterprise-class storage systems, servers, backup solutions, cybersecurity tools, data centre infrastructure, and virtualization.
• Experience with leading OEMs like Dell, HP, Cisco, NetApp, VMware, Veeam, etc.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Confident presenter, capable of addressing both technical and business audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and technical teams simultaneously.

Preferred Certifications (Any of the following):

• VMware (VCP)
• Cisco (CCNA/CCNP)
• Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE)
• CompTIA Security+
• OEM Certifications (e.g., Dell EMC, HP, NetApp)
