We are Hiring Experienced resources for Service Desk Management Profile for our Leading MNC.

LOCATION : Gurgaon

JOB DESIGNATION : SERVICE DESK MANAGEMENT

JOB DESCRIPTION : Managing one or more customer service or service desk functions. Acting as a point of contact to support service users and customers reporting issues, requesting information, access, or other services . Delivering customer service through multiple channels including human, digital, self- service, and automated .

Requirements

Graduation is a must.
Email etiquette and e xcellent verbal communication skills without any MTI
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent customer service skills
Preferred IT Graduate with basic troubleshooting knowledge.
Must be flexible to work in night shift.
Work from office

3 Rounds of interview

Screening over the call
Berlitz / Versant
Ops

Must be able to clear all the above rounds.

Benefits

Salary for technical graduate freshers : 25k CTC
